The hotel has a fantastic central location, making it easy to explore Santiago. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. Although the rooms are a bit small and you can hear sounds from neighboring rooms, the cleanliness is commendable. Breakfast options could be better, but the coffee is excellent.

Centrally located, the hotel offers clean accommodations with decent amenities—perfect for those on business trips. The shower delivers excellent hot water, and the towels are of high quality, which is a nice touch after a long day.

Furthermore, the bed could have been more comfortable and had fewer pillows, which may bother those with specific preferences.

I had a great stay, especially enjoying the beautifully decorated room and the surprisingly good food at the restaurant. I wasn't a fan of the thin room doors that let in hallway noise, though.

The stay was awesome. The junior suite had air conditioning, a TV with cable channels, a hairdryer, and a private bathroom. The refrigerator and safety deposit box were super handy. The shower was great too. Breakfast included fresh coffee and tasty pastries. The staff were friendly and made the experience even better.

Just a nice choice for a flash stay in Santiago De Los Caballeros with extraordinarily good value for money. The shower was great with lovely bath gel. Bring your own pillows for a better night's sleep.

I recently stayed for one night in a Suite and found the hotel to be clean and secure, with friendly staff who were very helpful. The location was perfect for my business trip, making it easy to get around the city. I really enjoyed the food at the restaurant, especially the dessert selection, which exceeded my expectations. However, I didn't find the bed very comfortable and wished for more pillows.
